📍 Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec.
We do not process or fulfill orders destined for Quebec due to current legal and administrative limitations.
⚙️ Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note:
Many of our items are custom, made-to-order products. Because of this, processing times may occasionally extend beyond the usual window — especially during high-volume periods or seasonal surges. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Standard Shipping (Canada Only – Excluding Quebec):
Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by shipping carrier delays, extreme weather, or other external factors. While we strive to get your order to you promptly, some delays may occur beyond our control.
💵 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
In some cases, promotional free shipping may apply.
📦 Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number (if applicable) to follow your delivery.
❗ Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after it was marked as shipped, please contact us at 📧 info@disu2.ca with your order number and details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
📝 Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
DISU2 is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
