(Canada Only – Excluding Quebec)

At DISU2, we are committed to providing high-quality, made-to-order products and excellent customer service. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Because all of our products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions
If your order arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
What counts as a manufacturing defect?
Misprinted design
Major misplacement of print
Damaged seams or holes on arrival
What does not count as a defect?
Slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing (common with print-on-demand)
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a defect or damage has been verified.
Once approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank).
No Refunds For
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color ordered (please double-check your selection before checkout)
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or general wear and tear (please follow the care instructions on each product page)
Shipping delays outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs)
Quebec Orders Not Accepted
At this time, DISU2 does not ship to the Province of Quebec.
This also means we do not process refunds or replacements for orders placed with a Quebec shipping address.
